Do you only maintain systems you installed?
No. We troubleshoot and maintain most network, camera, and AV systems regardless of who installed them. We'll assess your setup and let you know if anything is outside our scope.
What's included in a maintenance plan vs. a one-time visit?
A one-time visit is billed per hour plus any parts needed. A maintenance plan gives you priority response, scheduled preventive checks, discounted or included labor, and a dedicated tech who knows your systems — at a flat monthly rate.
Can you provide remote support or does someone need to come on-site?
Many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely. We always try remote first to get you back up faster. If on-site is needed, we'll tell you upfront and schedule promptly.
Are there long-term contracts for maintenance plans?
We offer monthly and annual options. Annual plans come at a reduced rate. There's no long lock-in — we'd rather earn your business month to month by being a good partner.
What if I have multiple locations?
